Phase 2: Ongoing Advisory and Oversight
Following completion of Phase 1, the engagement transitions into an ongoing advisory and monitoring phase, designed to assist with implementation and ensure that improvements remain effective and sustainable over time.
Waste service structures often drift after adjustments are made due to operational changes, tenant behavior, or billing inconsistencies. Ongoing oversight ensures that implemented savings are sustained and that new issues are identified and addressed quickly. During this phase, Green360 continues to review invoices, monitor service activity, and coordinate with the hauler as needed to maintain alignment between actual operations and the agreed service configuration.
Our Services Include:
- Implementation Assistance: coordinating approved service adjustments and confirming that updated hauling schedules and pricing structures are accurately reflected
- Hauler Coordination: negotiation guidance, talking points, or direct communication with the waste hauler (if authorized) to ensure agreed adjustments are implemented properly
- Contamination Monitoring Support: reviewing contamination or weight overage incidents, evaluating the validity of related charges, and supporting dispute or credit requests
- Monthly Invoice Audits: confirming alignment between billed and approved services, and identifying and disputing unwarranted fees
- Performance Tracking & Impact Monitoring: maintaining a baseline of verified savings, updated monthly to document ongoing results
- Cost Baseline Management: reviewing all new charges or changes against the established cost baseline to protect against unexpected increases or erosion of savings
- Reporting: concise monthly summaries highlighting key findings, credits obtained, cost performance trends, and recommendations
- Ongoing Adjustments: recommending refinements to service frequency, container mix, or hauler pricing structures as property needs evolve
Engagement Options
Clients select the compensation structure that best aligns with their operational and budgeting preferences.
- Shared Savings Model: a performance-based structure where Green360's compensation is earned through a share of verified savings. Most clients choose this option during the initial optimization phase.
- Flat Monthly Advisory Fee: ongoing monitoring, invoice review, and waste program oversight under a predictable monthly cost structure.
